The locking screw on the SmallRig V-Lock Battery Plate with 15mm Rod Clamp & Adjustable Arm can be unscrewed and the 15mm rod attachment can be removed.

can the battery plate be re-positioned horizontally and reattached to the arm? So that the battery can be oriented horizontally?
The SmallRig V-Lock Battery Plate with 15mm Rod Clamp & Adjustable Arm cannot have the battery mounting wedge repositioned.
