It is made of strong, durable, and weather-resistant 900D polyester with a soft lining and 16mm thick EPE foam that protects your delicate gear. You can open the bag from the end or along its side to access the 17 x 10.75 x 10.75" interior, depending on your preference. A hidden exterior pocket is ideal for stowing accessories like finders, eyepieces, diagonals, and visual backs. The pocket and openings all have sturdy nylon zippers with large pulls. For your carrying convenience, there are two soft sewn-in handles or a removable padded shoulder strap. While intended for their SCT and EdgeHD OTAs, the bag will accommodate more OTAs that measure up to 18" in length.

According to the interior dimensions in the ...
According to the interior dimensions in the specs, this case will just fit the 8se OTA (without the front cover and without the visual back). I have a focus motor on my OTA and together with the front cover this adds another 9-10 cm (~4") to the length. Will it fit on ths case or do I need to order the case for the 9.25 scope instead?
The padded bag is designed to fit the optical tube and visual back. The focus motor may fit, but it is best if you measure your personal setup’s total length and then run it through the calculator here: https://www.celestron.com/pages/bag-calculator/

I see that Celestron doesn't make a bag for the 6 ...
I see that Celestron doesn't make a bag for the 6 inch Evolution. Will my Evolution fit in this bag with the RACI view finder?
The Celestron Padded Soft Telescope Bag for 8" SCT/EdgeHD OTAs will fit the Evolution 6 OTA with the standard red dot finder. There will be a little extra room due to the length but you can pad the empty space with something like a wind breaker jacket.
