Will this strap work as a replacement strap on the F6 bag? The problem is that the original strap on the F6 is sewn on.

I need a strap that has the metal hardware, like the original for the FX5B. The photo looks right, but the description says plastic. What's up?
The strap I bought over a year ago were all metal and strap. The clips shown in the current picture look different and may be better. Mine came 'unclipped' once when twisted.
