This ARRI BP-9 Bridge Plate Kit assembled by B&H is used to balance your camera and to support 15mm studio rod-spaced accessories. The kit consists of the BP-9 sled, a 12" bottom dovetail plate, and a 17" pair of 15mm support rods. Directly compatible with the ARRI ALEXA Studio, the Sony F65, and the Phantom Flex4K, the BP-9 Kit can be adapted for use with the ARRI ALEXA, AMIRA, ALEXA Mini, and many third-party cameras (adapters available separately). Unlock the bridge plate lever to easily adjust the camera balance after increasing or decreasing the rig's weight.
The dovetail plate features end posts for security, and it incorporates 3/8"-16 threaded holes for mounting the dovetail on a tripod quick release plate or other support. The hollow pair of 17" rods provides lightweight, standard 15mm rod support for matte boxes, follow focus units, lens supports, and more.
The Bridge Plate BP-9 from ARRI interfaces with a bottom dovetail plate to balance your camera as the weight of the rig is changed (dovetail not included). The BP-8 provides 15mm studio rod support for mounting a lens support and/or accessories onto select ARRI and third-party cameras.
This bridge plate includes 3/8"-16 threaded studs and locating pins for mounting on your camera.

Safety release buttons are located both at the front and back of the dovetail. The front release is especially helpful when using accessories like lens motors that may hang below the level of the baseplate, preventing an easy backward slide off the dovetail. Two removable stopper screws provide additional security when desired and can be parked on the plate when not in use.
