The Domke FA-031 U.S. Post Office Shoulder Pad can fit straps up to 2.75" wide. It is roughly 10" long.

Can this strap be used with the Canon Deluxe Backpack 200GE?
I am not familiar with that particular backpack but I would think not. it's for an over-the-shoulder strap. I use it for luggage that has a carry strap for which it works great

Most people use the thicker edge on the outside, however it can be used either way. Whichever is most comfortable for you.
