Can this unit control Lumens Cameras vc-a61p ? which features are lost and which kept ?
We always recommend that people use Controllers designed by the same manufacturer as the camera they intend to use to simplify set up and reduce troubleshooting issues. That being said This controller uses all the same protocols as the Lumens Cameras VC-A61p therefore it should have control over all the features of the camera.

Will this work correctly to control the AViPAS cameras over IP? Model AViPAS AV-3104IP
The short answer: Yes it can but we only recommend using this controller with PTZ Optics Cameras.
While it is possible to use this controller with other NDI and IP cameras we cant guarantee full functionality (such as adjusting white balance color shading etc). Most of our customers that try to cross brands on IP based solutions (even in an instance like this where they both support VISCA over IP protocols) have experienced problems.
For experienced IP professionals there are ways around the limitations to make this work with most IP based PTZ cameras. For people who are just starting out (or want a set up with low maintenance) we recommend matching PTZ cameras with controllers designed by the same manufacturer.

A PTZO camera sends video over SDI and HDMI, and RTSP video over ethernet. The ethernet connection can be used for power (POE), control, and video monitoring. The Superjoy interprets the RTSP video of the selected camera and sends it to an HDMI output for monitoring.

What is the response time when selecting a new camera? A review from another site mentioned it takes 2 seconds.
The PTZOptics SuperJoy NDI|HX/IP & Serial PTZ Camera Joystick Controller (B&H# PTSUPERJOYG1) does indeed take a few moments (two seconds is within range) to switch over to a new camera.

Will this control a HuddleCamHD 20x PTZ SimplTrack Lite NDI HX, over IP only (not serial)? Thank you.
Update: HuddlecamHD tech support indicates this controller *will* work with this camera (HuddleCamHD 20x PTZ SimplTrack Lite NDI HX), using VISCA over IP.

Can you daisy chain two of these controllers through a network hub?
I would recommend a star configuration through a dedicated POE router. The router manages IP collisions which can step on daisy-chained traffic.
