Attach this top handle to your cage to provide you with forward and backward balance adjustment, as well as 180° adjustment which allows you to shoot in standard or vertical mode without having to remove and reattach the handle. Additionally, the stainless steel and aluminum handle has an integrated 15mm rod clamp useful for attaching EVFs to your camera setup.

Would this work well as a right side handle mount as well? (On fx3/30 tilta cage)
Because the Tilta Quick Release Top Handle (Black) has a 1/4"-20 that can protrude from the bottom of cold shoe mount, you could mount it as a side handle using a the camera's or a cage's 1/4"-20 receiver, but it may not be the most secure since it won't have the added support of a cold shoe, anti-twist pin, or a second screw, so if you do use it as a side handle be careful to pay attention to if it starts to come lose or twist.
