Power for the iPolar comes from the included 24" USB cable that tethers it to your computer, and since it's plug-and-play compatible there are no drivers that need to be installed before your computer recognizes it. The iPolar fits into the polar scope port in the Right Ascension axis of iOptron's CEM26, GEM28, and SkyGuider Pro equatorial mounts to keep it out of the way and limit possible interference with other gear.

Does this work with a 2024 iOptron SkyGlider Pro and can we connect to an iPhone instead of a Windows laptop?
The iOptron iPolar Internal Electronic Polar Scope for CEM26/GEM28/SkyGuider Pro Mounts (BH # IO3339R) woks with Windows PCs only. It will not work with an iPhone. It is compatible with iOptron SkyGuider Pro equatorial mounts.
