a6000 nvlink works on dual 3090s

The price point B&H offers on this product is extremely competitive with anything Ebay or Amazon can offer. I'm not buying outside of the U.S. and I'm not buying from some rando seller on ebay with 1 star (not worth a $10 or $20 difference). Oh, and in case anyone is wondering, the a6000 nvlink really does work on dual 3090s.

Can bridging 2 x RTX 6000 cards adds up to total of 96GB true shared VRAM memory?

The PNY NVIDIA NVLink Bridge for RTX A6000 (3-Slot) is not compatible with RTX 6000 cards; it is designed for RTX A6000 cards. However, it will link the cards together such that the VRAM across the cards would be shared.

The A6000 ampere GPU is the same sku die as the RTX 3090. Nvidia has confirmed the die is the same and it will work. Only stipulation is that both GPU must be the same. So no A series and 3090 hybrid. Kevin's answer is correct

PNY does not officially list the NVIDIA NVLink Bridge for RTX A6000 (3-Slot), B&H # PNA6000NL3SK, as being compatible with the RTX 3090; I understand some users report about it being compatible with RTX 3090 FE cards; however, we could not guarantee it.
