A 1/4" mono plug adapter is provided if the head doesn't have 3.5mm input. If you don't know what your flash head's sync voltage is, or if you're using an older unit you might want to purchase a Wein Safe-Sync adapter (MFR# 990-510) to insure that the sync voltage remains under 6V. The Safe Sync's monoplug attachment can be easily adapted to 3.5mm if necessary.
