If your PC only has (1) USB port, can you use a USB HUB to run more than one NT-USB MINI with the Rode Connect Software?
Asked by: Paul
I mostly use it with an ipad and with that the answer is no because the ipad only allows one audio interface at a time. With windows I'm sure its fine to recognize both mics at the same time but like any soundcard only use one at a time but with the new rode connect software I think you can use both at the same time.

Is there a way to connect this microphone to a smartphone or a mirrorless camera for recording purposes?
Asked by: ELENA
The RODE NT-USB Mini USB Microphone is not compatible for connection to a camera, but it can be used with a smartphone. You can use the Apple Lightning to USB 3.0 Type-A Camera Adapter (B&H # APMK0W2AMA) with the iPhone. and use the female Lightning port on the adapter to keep the phone charged. For an Android smartphone with USB-C, you can use an adapter like the Pearstone USB 3.2 Type-C to USB Type-A Adapter (B&H # PEUSB323CA06).

Would one microphone work well to capture the voices of two people sitting side-by-side?
Asked by: Alvina
We do not recommend using the RODE NT-USB Mini USB Microphone to record more than one person, as this mic has a very limited pickup range to help decrease the capture of outside noise.
