Does this work equally well with the flat front Profoto B1 as it does with other bare bulb type strobes?
Works fine. I have used Profoto D1, D2, B1 and B1x for years on these types of snoots and use them on almost every shoot. No issues at all.

Unfortunately, this Optical Spot is not recommended for use with a Profoto D2 1000 monolight. Otherwise, it can be used with a D2 500 watt/sec monolight with the flat glass installed.

Most of the spot lights come with an Iris, to control the size of the light circle. Does it have Iris included or as an accessory?
Unfortunately, an iris is not offered for the Westcott Optical Spot.
