Operating in the 905.8 to 925.9 MHz frequency band, the black Nady DW44 is a four-channel UHF wireless handheld microphone system offering easy setup for up to four subjects, making it ideal for singers, actors, panel speakers, and presenters. This version of the system includes four Digital HT handheld microphones with built-in transmitters, a 4-channel rackmount receiver, the required power adapter, and a 1/4" cable.
Each handheld microphone/transmitter locks to the receiver on a preset UHF frequency and is powered via two AA batteries (available separately) for up to 11 hours. The mic's cardioid pickup pattern focuses audio capture on the person in front of the capsule, capturing less background sound and reducing feedback issues on stage. An LED indicates battery power, while the power button allows the user to quickly mute the mic if necessary.
Incorporating 24-bit, 48 kHz digital technology and two removable antennas, the receiver is designed to deliver clear and consistent signal with ultralow latency. Each of the four receiver channels offers adjustable volume, metering, and a balanced XLR output. A single 1/4" output sums all four channels together for users who don't have a mixer and want to plug directly into a PA system.
