The Lowepro GearUp Pro II 5L Camera Cube (Large, Gray) has interior dimensions of 11.4 x 5.9 x 5.9 inches. The Nikon Z8 Mirrorless Camera with a Nikkor Z 180-600mm f/5.6-6.3 VR lens attached is significantly larger than what this cube is designed to accommodate, so it will not fit.

Unfortunately, from testing the GearUp Pro II 5L, the Nikon Z9 body itself doesn't fit unless you separate the lens from the camera and even then the fit isn't great - the GearUp has to stretch in order to accommodate the camera and in that form the zippers are harder to manipulate.
