This Cello² 10" On-Camera RGB LED Light Panel Kit with Diffuser Hood from B&H combines the Luxli Cello² 10" On-Camera LED Light with the Luxli Magnetic Diffuser Hood, which has been specifically designed for the Cello². The light fixture features 176 RGBAW 5-die LEDs, which means each LED is active and producing the same output no matter the setting, making for a more efficient and powerful light than an LED that uses a discrete LED for each color. The Cello² features different modes—color temperature, HSL, or filter—and its two rotating knobs allow you to adjust the color temperature/color and brightness independently. You can use the downloadable app for more precise control and even program the light to produce effects.

Can I buy the Honeycomb grid and the diffuser with one Luxli Cello or must I purchase multiple Cellos?
The Luxli Magnetic Diffuser Hood for Cello and Cello² (BH #LUORCCELLMDH) is included with the Luxli Cello² 10" On-Camera RGB LED Light Panel Kit (with Diffuser Hood), but you can also purchase the diffuser hood by itself as well.

If you would like to power the Luxli Cello² 10" On-Camera RGB LED Light Panel from wall power. We recommend the following AC power supply. The Power2000 ACF550 will connect to the Battery holder on the rear of the light, and provide power to the light when connected to the wall.

Are there any better-quality ballhead attachments? The one included with the item is not so great.
The Luxli Cello² 10" On-Camera RGB LED Light Panel can use any shoe mount adapter with a 1/4"-20 on top. The Elvid Heavy-Duty Camera Shoe Mount Adapter with Ball Head for Monitors (B&H # ELSHOEHD) would be an excellent upgrade if you want something stronger.

The Luxli Cello² 10" On-Camera RGB LED Light Panel (with Honeycomb Grid) BH #LUORCCELLOGK comes with a NP-F 750 battery. They dont give the exact size but NP-F 750 typically are around 30wh. This LED is a 30w draw and that would make the run time around 1 hour.

What changed from the previous version? We have a pair that make lots of noise when they warm up and cool down. Is that fixed in this one?
Upgrades include the new 5-die LED system, upgraded Bluetooth 5 capability, a USB Type-C port with Power Delivery 3.0 and the ability to quickly and effortlessly update the Cello's firmware from the Composer app without having to take it out of your lighting setup. The Cello2 is also lighter than, weighing just 12.5 ounces and still only 9.5 × 3.7 × 1.1 inches large. From our sample model in the store, we did not hear any significant or severe noise during warming up and cooling down.
