Yes, however if running RAID you should always match the drive types exactly. If running in JBOD this would be perfectly fine.

Is this really 7,200 RPM? I have seen several buyers (on another site) stating that it is 5,400 RPM.
Seagate IronWolves 8TB and higher are 7200 RPM, and IronWolves 6TB and below are 5900RPM... so the same brand has different drive speeds based on drive capacity. That may be causing some confusion. But yes, the 8TB IronWolf drive is 7200 RPM.
