When using the 3.5mm Analog out to record directly into the camera is it using the Tascam's HDDA Preamp or the cameras preamp?
Asked by: Ian
If you have a microphone connected to one of the XLR inputs on the TASCAM CA-XLR2d-F XLR Microphone Adapter Kit, and the 3.5mm output of the TASCAM CA-XLR2d-F XLR Microphone Adapter Kit is going into the 3.5mm mic input on your camera, it would mean that both the HDDA preamp and the preamp inside of the camera are being used.
