I want to use this as a Bluetooth transmitter on my receiver... the receiver only has RCA jacks.. there are no RCA inputs on the BTA30 Pro... any way to work around this?
I just reported this answer as inaccurate solely because the additional device recommended, #GEATVDA, has been discontinued. I believe BH #BLADC11AU will work in its stead, but would like B&H staff to confirm.

I am searching for a bluetooth transmitter which will allow me to play music on my PC and listen on my Sony WH-1000XM4 headphones. So far most bluetooth adapters/transmitters have failed at this task, and my understanding is that this is because these headphones only supportSBC/AAC/LDAC codec. This BTA30 transmitter appears promising however - do you know if it works with the Sony WH-1000XM4 headphones?

According to Page 03 in the manual for the Fiio BTA30 Pro; When working in LDAC and aptX LL Bluetooth codec in TX mode, the BTA30 cannot be connected to two Bluetooth devices simultaneously. Therefore, you would need to connect via wire from the computer into the FiiO BTA30 Pro and then you will be able to use your Sony WH-1000XM4 headphones with the Fiio BTA30 Pro.

Yes, you can set the FiiO BTA30 Pro High-Fidelity Bluetooth Transmitter/Receiver to transmitter mode, or receiver mode, by pressing the 'Mode' switch, located on the front of the unit.
