After using this bag for 5 weeks, I concluded it's not for me. 2 major disppointments. The first is the zipper. It simply will not cooperate. Trying to zip or unzip the bag past the 2 corners at the top of the bag is simply challenging. The opening bend at the top is too sharp of an angle to get the bag to zip or unzip. Thus, one has to use a lot of force to get past the bends. By the way, I did watch the tutorial video. The second is the drop down lid for batteries etc. on the inside flap. The magnet does not keep the lid closed. It is frustrating trying to remove one's gear after fighting the zipper. Nope, this one is destined for the recycling bin.

I was looking for a new bag after I’ve been lugging a half empty back pack for the longest time and then found this. It’s really great to finally just have something easy I can grab on my out! It feels really nice fits everything I want to bring and although I do wish the opening was magnets instead of zipper it’s pretty secure. Would recommend.

I have a similar question to the one above regarding the laptop but couldn't get a concrete answer online. I use a Dell G3 15 which is 365.5 x 254 x 21.4 mm/14.39 x 10 x 0.84 inches. I would like to know if it would fit into the laptop compartment, and I can close the zipper without issues?

5 cm is a little on the thick side to fit in the compartment. It is designed for thinner laptops that are between 2-3 cm thick. You may be able to fit your laptop if you remove the divider.
