I have a Z8 and need a lens no longer than “about” 3” long to attend a graduation ceremony. This looks like my only option?

How would you compare to the z24-200vr?
The Nikon NIKKOR Z DX 18-140mm f/3.5-6.3 VR Lens is for APS-C senor size cameras. And the Nikon NIKKOR Z 24-200mm f/4-6.3 VR Lens is for full frame cameras. So if you are using a full frame Z camera it is best to use the 24-200 over the other one.
Both lenses are about the same for sharpness and low light shooting.
