The Blackmagic Design DaVinci Resolve Speed Editor with Studio Software includes a license for Davinci Resolve Studio. Unfortunately the license can only be sent with the Keyboard in a shipment. It can not be emailed, I'm sorry to say.

Resolve Licenses are for the Mac and Windows Resolve Studio only. The iPad is a separate product.
