Great for any method that would benefit from selective lighting, this Westcott 40° Egg Crate Grid for Apollo Strip Softbox narrows the beam spread, eliminates spill light, and provides the directional control needed for selective lighting. The grid comes with its own travel case.
Works well, as expected but I don't know why it is as expensive as it is. Does it's job.
Westcott products are top notch. I have always been please with their grids and accessories. I cannot say that for all brands that I have tried. If you have the strip, you really need the grid too so you can control light spill when using the strip as a hair light, side light, etc.
