Sturdy enough to use on tripods and monopods yet small enough to fit on a table top tripod (have one on each). Although camera plate used with it is very slim, I use it confidently with my interchangeable lens mirrorless camera. Placement and removal of camera from base plate is fast and easy. Still think Manfrotto system is most robust and quickest but it’s rather massive making this system more versatile/universal for me.

I love these quick release plates! They allow me to switch between my different tripods, overhead mounts, and various set ups without having to change the base plate. They have saved me so much time. They are also strong and durable, so I don't worry about them holding my camera even when it is high above my head.

How is this compatible with both a 3/8 and 1/4 inch tripod screw?
The Falcam F38 Quick Release Bottom Plate is compatible with both 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 tripods screws, by use of a 1/4"-20 to 3/8"-16 bushing that is included.

You have 2 extra holes in the first image, but none in the others. Can you clarify if your version has two extra holes or not?
There is only once version of the Falcam F38 Quick Release Bottom Plate, it will arrive as pictured in the 2nd and 3rd images. The first picture an older non-available iteration of the QR system.
