Create a comprehensive home automation system using the Hue Stand-Alone Bridge from Philips. The bridge can support up to 50 Hue lights and up to 12 Hue accessories, enabling you to extend the system into every room of your home. The bridge is compatible with all Philips Hue lights, allowing you to choose from a wide range of lighting options, such as standard light bulbs, accent lights, and lightstrips. Each Hue device connects to the system using the ZigBee protocol, for fast connectivity that does not interfere with your Wi-Fi.
Once you have set up your Stand-Alone Bridge, lights, and accessories, download the Hue mobile application for remote control of the system. The app is compatible with iOS and Android smartphones and tablets, allowing you to turn your lights on and off from anywhere in the world. Using the app, you can also program your devices to turn on and off based on customized schedules. Additionally, the bridge is compatible with Apple HomeKit for hands-free management of your system using the Siri feature. The Bridge is desktop and wall mountable, and its compact design offers inconspicuous placement in your home.
Set the lighting ambiance in your entertainment space with the Hue Play Gradient Lightstrip (75") from Philips. This strip attaches to the rear of 75" and larger wall-mounted or standing TVs with the included mounting clips to sync your lights for an immersive movie, TV, gaming, or music experience. A Hue Bridge and a Hue Sync Box (both available separately) are required for operation. When connected to the Hue app and Hue Sync app, you'll be able to personalize your experience by adjusting the speed, brightness, and intensity of the lights via an iOS or Android device.
This dimmable strip has a light output of 1100 lumens and a 2000 to 6500 Kelvins color temperature to produce up to 16 million colors. A lifespan of 25,000 hours ensures that it will last for many years to come. Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, and Siri are supported for seamless voice control.
