Combining reliability and performance, the 150GB BLACK CFexpress Type B Memory Card from Delkin Devices features a storage capacity of 150GB and is designed for professional photographers, videographers, and high-end cinematic hosts. It is well-suited for raw and continuous-burst photography, as well as 8K, 6K, and 4K video at high bitrates and frame rates. Thanks to a PCIe 3.0 interface, you'll be able to achieve maximum read speeds of up to 1725 MB/s and minimum write speeds of at least 1530 MB/s.

To help facilitate card usage in almost any environment, as well as keeping your content safe, Delkin has built its BLACK Series with a rugged design that waterproof and shockproof, as well as resistant to temperature extremes. In order to further enhance reliability and functionality, the BLACK Series is serialized and protected by a limited lifetime warranty and a 48-hour replacement guarantee upon registration with Delkin.

I bought three cards for my Nikon Z8 and Z6. They perform well and are solidly built. However, one of the cards did not eject properly and remained stuck in the slot (both cameras). I turns out, according to the Delkin Product Help page, this is a known problem across multiple manufacturers. I contacted Delkin support, and they were super courteous and responsive – sending me a pre-tested replacement card immediately. This company stands behind their product, and I plan to purchase Delkin Black cards in the future.

I wanted another CF card for backup. This has become my primary card, not because it’s faster but the warranty is too good not to use it. I’m using it in a Nikon D500 so not requiring maximum performance. I’ll say it’s faster than the camera buffer, it doesn’t slow down on burst shots.
