It is priced the same as the (black & Red) Clear MG "Professional" but this Chestnut colored one is NOT labelled "Professional". Is it a "Lower Standard Tool" than the professional (or was the person typing in the description negligent to the details)?
Asked by: Joseph
There is a bit of a sound difference. The MG Clear has a slightly more friendly, rounded sound while the Professional has a more analytical, unforgiving sound.

Does these headphones need a break in period , if so for how many hours does it need and how loud should you play them for the break in period to finish ?
Asked by: Michael
Here is the information that the manufacturer provides in the user manual for the Focal Clear MG headphones regarding an initial break-in period: • These headphones require a running-in period in order to operate at their best. • They will run themselves in naturally after several hours of listening time. • If you want to speed up the process, we recommend playing very bassy music through them for at least 24 hours at a relatively high volume. • This will stabilize the speaker drivers and allow you to get the very best out of your headphones.
