Do you have to use a right angle headphone Jack in order to route the cable out the bottom?
No, a right-angled headphone jack is not required to route the headphone cable for the Zoom F3 Portable Field Recorder when using it with the Strut Field Case, but it could actually be a good idea if you don't want the cable sticking straight out. You could use an angled adapter like the Hosa Technology GMP272 Male Stereo Mini to Female Stereo Mini Angled Adapter (B&H # HOASMMRASMF).

is there a way to use the zoom f3 in this case while attached to a usbc battery pack?
ordered the bh# KTKSUHX , this week , works well for having the usbc flip 35 battery and the zoom f3 itself in each of the two big compartments, but this item seems more custom fit for the zoom f3.
The early shipments of the Strut STR-F3 do not have a way to attach a USB-C powerbank. In the shipment delivering to B&H the week of 9/19 there are two upgrades in response to customer feedback. First, the battery cover has been modified to hold certain popular brand power banks. The battery would be naked, but secure. The second upgrade is to secure the XLR connections better. Both upgrades are available to the original design at Strut. Answered by John at Strut
