Yes, the Profoto Connect Pro Non-TTL Remote is compatible with the Hasselblad X2D and the Profoto A10. But only in manual, not ttl.

No it does not. The Profoto Connect Pro User Guide states this explicitly on pg 12 "NOTE
High Speed Sync is not supported on the non-TTL version of Connect Pro."

Yes, if you have two cameras with triggers on each of them connected to one light - both cameras will trigger it. just keep in mind the recycling time and don't fire simultaneously.
