My understanding is that there is almost complete Hasselblad compatibility with the Remote for Nikon, though I have not used it. I am doing research in preparation for expanding my lighting gear.

Yes, if you have two cameras with triggers on each of them connected to one light - both cameras will trigger it. just keep in mind the recycling time and don't fire simultaneously.
