Just what I needed. Easy fast set up. Lightweight but sturdy enough. I got both black and white. I used the white as a lighted background also.

Will a 8x13 be large enough for full body shots with subject standing on the backdrop?

The Westcott X-Drop Pro Backdrop Stand (5 and 8') measures approximately 99.5 x 96 x 66.5" / 252.7 x 243.8 x 168.9 cm. Generally, this is enough coverage to shoot a standing subject with extra space but that depends on how tall the subject is and how close they are standing to the background.

I read that the x-drop pro is more stable than the base version. Will the pro version stand be set to fit a low 7.5 ft ceiling?

The Westcott X-Drop Pro Backdrop Stand (5 and 8') could fit 5x7 backdrop which will allow you to use it in low 7.5 ft ceiling.

If I bought two of these, could I use the Wescott 9x20 backdrop on them?

The Westcott X-Drop Pro Backdrop Stand (5 and 8') is not meant to be used with Wescott 9x20 backdrop, due to the large difference in size it won't fit properly. Please, refer to https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/220985-REG/Westcott_9014_Background_Support_System.html for best mounting options.
