The black Adventura BP 300 III Backpack from Lowepro is a classic photography pack useful for transporting, organizing, and protecting your entire kit. The Adventura BP 300 has plenty of room to organize a camera body with a full kit of lenses. It offers convenient front access and has a 13'' laptop pocket. The pack holds a full-frame mirrorless camera, including a Sony Alpha 7-9 series with a lens attached, plus four additional lenses, or a foldable drone like the DJI Mavic Pro 2. There is a pocket for a 13" laptop plus space for small accessories. The large side pocket accommodates a compact tripod, including a GorillaPod 5K or a Befree Advanced. The front of the pack has a tripod attachment that holds a larger tripod.

Lowepro BP 300 III Overview

The black Adventura BP 300 III Backpack from Lowepro is a classic photography pack useful for transporting, organizing, and protecting your entire kit. The Adventura BP 300 has plenty of room to organize a camera body with a full kit of lenses. It offers convenient front access and has a 13'' laptop pocket. The pack holds a full-frame mirrorless camera, including a Sony Alpha 7-9 series with a lens attached, plus four additional lenses, or a foldable drone like the DJI Mavic Pro 2. There is a pocket for a 13" laptop plus space for small accessories. The large side pocket accommodates a compact tripod, including a GorillaPod 5K or a Befree Advanced. The front of the pack has a tripod attachment that holds a larger tripod.

The pack meets Lowepro's environmental efforts, with up to 88% Green Line fabrics used. Lowepro has achieved this goal by using recycled and solution-dyed fabrics, which saves water, reduces GHG emissions, and is ultimately better for the environment.

I haven't had a chance to take this backpack out on travel but it appears well made and all of my gear fits in it. It will also fit under the seat on an airliner. I have a Pentax K-1ii, a Pentax 28-105 zoom lense, Pentax 150-450, a Tamron 28-200 zoom and Pentax Shift lense in it as well as a Oben table top tripod and Explorer monopod (the monpod actually sticks out the top a couple of inches). With all of that there is still room for extra filters a light meter and other accessories. With all of that it is comfortable to carry on both my back or slung over one shoulder.

I use this as a dedicated drone pack. It holds my DJI Air 2s, 5 batteries, smart controller and charger, after market 4-slot battery charger and cable, multiple sets of props, 2 cases of ND, landing pad, and multiple anti-collision lights. All of this with room to spare. I love how it opens to reveal all of the gear that is easily accessible. I have many backpacks and this is my favorite one to work out of. I enjoy the simplicity of it.

Lowepro Adventura BP 300 III Backpack (Black) would fit a 13'' laptopts. Unfortunately 15'' laptops are to large to closed the zipper properly.

Lowepro Adventura BP 300 III Backpack (Black) exterior dimensions are 18.1 x 12.4 x 7.9" . Most airlines under seat compartments dimensiona are 18 x 14 x 8 inches.

If Nikon Z5 was attached to a Z mount 25-180 mm could you fit that in with a Z mount 200-600 mm un-attached to a camera?

Unfortunately, the Z5 mounted with one lens and the Nikon 180-600 will be too tight and won't fit in the Lowepro Adventura BP 300 III Backpack.

Lowepro only lists the zippers and part of the main back of the Lowepro Adventura BP 300 III Backpack (Black) that you open the bag from as water beads off material.

Yes, the Lowepro Adventura BP 300 III Backpack has a bit extra space. You should be able to fit a 13.5'' pot. Of course, due to the thickness of many different laptops, this may vary.
