Luxli Cello² 10" On-Camera RGB LED Light Panel (with Honeycomb Grid)

Surprisingly powerful for its size, with a wide color temperature range and high CRI rating, the Luxli Cello² 10" On-Camera RGB LED Light Panel is an excellent choice as an on-camera light or for use as a production light for key, fill, or effects. The 176 5-die RGB LEDs inside the panel can reproduce nearly every hue of the visible spectrum in the expansive HSL mode for surprisingly rich saturated colors for a light this size. Traditional CCT mode delivers a color temperature range of 2800 to 10,000K, and Filter mode lets you accent it with one of the 150 preloaded gels. The Cello² provides precise color and illumination control that allows you to match your ambient light conditions, whether daylight, tungsten, or a mix of the two. For additional realistic and dramatic effects, the Cello²'s Effects mode offers 10 preloaded animated effects with lots of editable parameters for precise control over your lighting scheme.

The Cello² really comes into its own when combined with the remarkably powerful yet simple-to-use Composer app. With built-in Bluetooth 5, you can control the fixture from up to 100' away with the same quick response you get from the LCD screen. A newly designed power system lets you power through lengthy shoots and live streams on DC power as well as charge a battery while plugged in via the DC or USB-C port. While the fixture is compact enough to fit atop a camera or camcorder using the included ball head adapter, it can also be mounted on light stands for creative, off-camera lighting scenarios.

The Cello² combines functionality and power into a compact 10" light source. Supporting CCT, RGB, and a variety of filters and effects, it features 1253 lux output at 3.3' with a high CRI/TLCI rating for rich saturated color reproduction.

Each of the fixture's 176 LEDs is five smaller red, green, blue, amber, and white LEDs combined into a single package. That means all the LEDs are active with smooth and even light output and no dim areas from deactivated LEDs, no matter the mode you're in. This design lets you shoot with higher output.

Whether you need to match ambient light conditions or need a kiss of color to accent your subject, the Cello² has an operating mode for you. CCT (correlated color temperature) mode is perfect for setting traditional lighting temperatures from 2800 to 10,000K, and Filter mode lets you accent it with one of the 150 preloaded gels. Take advantage of the HSL capabilities and select from virtually any color in the visible spectrum, controlling hue and saturation, while the Effects mode puts ten editable preprogrammed special effects at your fingertips. Use the Composer app to unlock even more features and functionality.

The built-in LCD screen offers a simple and intuitive interface that allows you to adjust brightness and color and switch between the HSL, Filter, CCT, and Effects modes with the touch of a button. The full-color display allows you to accurately select the color of the fixture's output.

The Cello² is powered by a single L-series battery. It features a USB-C port and supports Power Delivery 3.0. This allows you to use the included USB-C cable and wall adapter to power your fixture without using a battery. When the fixture is connected to the wall charger, you can also recharge an attached battery while you power the light without interrupting your workflow.

To assure your light conforms exactly to Luxli standards of superior quality, every Cello² is individually calibrated and tested before it leaves the factory. A serial numbered photometric calibration result sheet that lists the lux output, CRI, TLCI, and color gamut is included with every light.

The honeycomb grid adds directionality to your Cello or Cello² 10" LED light by narrowing the beam to a 36° spread. This spotlight effect allows you to train the light on your subject, creating dramatic shadows.

When you prevent extraneous light from spilling onto the background or other areas of your picture frame, your subjects will stand out from the background, adding depth and a touch of drama to your image.

The grid magnetically snaps onto the front of the Cello or Cello² so you can shape your beam without pausing or interrupting your workflow.

The grid weighs only 3 oz, so it won't weigh down your Cello or Cello² when it's mounted on a camera.
