This is one of those lighting tools where you think, I could make my own, and you probably could. We bought it anyway. It is probably a bit overpriced, but it works very well, and is fast to use. Using the Light Cone, we got through a product shoot much faster than usual, and the results were very consistent, which saved us time in post. Our client was very happy. We are ordering the other sizes now.
