Designed for macro photography, the 5.5" CAMVATE Slide Rail features an Arca-type clamp to support an Arca-type quick release plate, sold separately. With an optional QR plate holding your camera, you can slide your camera forward and backward on a tripod. The tightening knob on the side of the rail features a built-in bubble level for balancing your load and adds another 1.1" to the 5.5" length of the rail. There's another bubble level on the rail itself as well as a laser-engraved scale for precision.
