The battery-powered outlets provide up to 1.97 minutes of use at full load and up to 9.7 minutes at half load. For electrical spikes, the UPS has a 350J surge energy rating. Other notable connections include 1Gb Ethernet ports for safeguarding network signals. There is also a USB-A and a USB-C port with a total of 10W of power available for device charging. Unusable -- horrible
I have 5 much cheaper units from APC but thought I'd splurge on this one and use it for my main computer. I plugged in my computer, a couple hard drives and my printer. Seemed good at first and then I tried to print. Somehow using the printer triggered the unit and made it thought the power had gone off. It hadn't. But since it thought the power was off, it made a SUPER loud beep. And it just kept going and going and finally the only way I could make it stop was pressing the power button, which turned off my computer and hard drives (stupidly, I didn't turn them off first). This happens every time I try to print something so obviously this doesn't work. I'm going to return it but I'll have to pay for shipping. Since it's heavy that'll be super expensive. Be warned! Do not get this unit!
Excellent product for every household!
We were looking for a battery backup to keep our laptop phone and internet charged in case of any power failure. 750W ups here suites our need perfectly. We were able to charge our laptops and also keep the internet running for hours after power loss . As an IT resource who work from home our family requires constant charging and keeping up which can be accomplished with this. Smart link is very Simple and cloud comes as standard which is very handy for cloud monitoring. With close to 6 power outlet that can be charged simultaneously, it does solve all our family Needs at one shot. It is indeed one of the Best Buy for our family.
