This versatile black Suspended Drop Ceiling Mounting Bar from ALZO enables overhead deployment of DJ, band, or stage lights. The 1" diameter, 6' long bar installs securely, whether temporarily or permanently. It comes with a black 15' extension cord, three adjustable light mount clips, and two suspended ceiling mounts with hanging clips. Made of aluminum, this bar simplifies mounting lights and improves cord management.
Note:
Lights with a total weight in excess of 8 lb require reinforcement changes to the ceiling frame connections to the true ceiling. This product is a light support system and does not include lights.

Load Capacities
When exceeding 8 lb of total supported weight, it allows additional support wires from the suspended ceiling T-bar frame, near the mounting scissor clips, to the true ceiling. The maximum load would be 40 lb assuming a well-distributed load and proper secure attachment of the suspended ceiling T-bar frame to the true ceiling. For example, the bar will support 4-10 lb lights if they are evenly distributed along the bar. If the lights are located near the bar ceiling mount clips, then the weight of the light could be as high as 20 lb, assuming the secure attachment of the bar support to the true ceiling.
