Does the pan handle also lock the tilt position? Or is it really just a handle and the levers provide adjustment?

The SmallRig Lightweight Fluid Video Head has independent locks for pan and tilt. The are both located on the left side where they should be and are a valuable feature. The lever on the handle is for positioning the handle only.

How do you position it for vertical shooting? It does not come with a user guide and it looked complicated when the sales person showed me.

To put the SmallRig Lightweight Fluid Video Head into a vertical orientation, you would need to do the following steps: 1. Tilt the head completely forward, 90 degrees to the front. The handle will be pointing up. 2. Loosen and rotate the panoramic head so that the camera is in the vertical orientation desired. 3. Lock the panoramic head in place.
