Excellent sun shade, my only concern is that the clips attaching to the monitor are plastic and look like they might break over time. Only time will tell but works.

No, the Hollyland Monitor Sun Hood for Mars M1 will not block the 1/4"-20 mount on the bottom of the Hollyland Mars M1 Enhanced 5.5" Wireless Transceiver Monitor.
