The Lowepro GearUp Memory Card Wallet 20 (Gray) is designed for CF, XQD & SD Cards, not CFexpress cards, but CFexpress Type B cards are the same size as XQD cards, so it will hold 12 CFexpress Type B cards..

Could this hold 4 Fuji NP-W126s batteries in the middle elastic straps or are they too small?

The elastic straps in the center are made to hold cords. Batteries would be best stored in the zippered compartments.
