The SLIDE N SCAN Max Digital Film Scanner from Kodak allows you to view, edit, and convert your old slides and strips into crisp, clear images with the touch of a button. The SLIDE N SCAN supports SD or SDHC cards, up to 32GB, and connects to any USB-C-compatible computer. The scanner must have a SD card in order to function properly and won't work without it, even if connected to a computer. The scanner works with 50mm slides (135, 110, 126), color negative film (135, 110, 126), and black and white negative film (135, 110, 126). Included are a main 50mm slide holder, plus three adapters for scanning 135, 110, and 126mm film.

The Kodak SLIDE N SCAN Max Digital Film Scanner cannot rotate the photo in the scanner or on the display. However, that can be done later in a computer.

Also, if the source film is crisp, is the scanned image good enough for 16x20 or bigger enlargements? Thanks.

The Kodak SLIDE N SCAN Max Digital Film Scanner is generally insufficient for producing high-quality 16x20 or larger enlargements due to its native resolution of only 14 megapixels, which can result in soft and pixelated images. For better results, a higher-end scanner or a drum scanning service is recommended for large prints from film.

For scanned reso, response is "which "can" produce enhanced images of 22MP". What is default reso? Extra steps needed for 22MP?

The Kodak SLIDE N SCAN Max Digital Film Scanner allows you to choose image resolution of 14M and 22M. When the scanner is in preview mode you can select your resolution by pressing the resolution/ trash can button.

Will this scanner support a double perf 16mm film? I am afraid that a 110 film holder is not suitable.

The Kodak SLIDE N SCAN Max Digital Film Scanner is only designed for 135, 126, and 110 film. It is not designed to accommodate other 16mm formats.
