[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so impressed! It really has made streaming and switching between audio so much better, as that was something I really struggled with before. I just couldn't decipher what worked well and now with this Stream Deck, I can control all of my audio with just some setup.

Yes, the Elgato Stream Deck + does allow you to set the device orientation and the buttons will adjust to the orientation setting you choose to work with.

Can you use the dials to pan left/right on a PTZ NDI camera?
The Elgato Stream Deck + has an extensive Macro system, that would allow you to assign functions to any of the buttons and control PTZ camera functions. Elgato says the dials can be used for adjust volume levels, image details, camera zoom, brightness, white balance, and much more.
