I’ve gone through a number of headsets for my desk work phone. I’ve spent from $19 all the way to $47. The headphones just didn’t work well, the noise cancellation and mic fidelity were very dad. Welp you get what you pay for sometimes. These headphones exceeded my expectations. Remember though this model is the for phone jack, the RJ9. I got it for around $132. Totally worth every penny. Not only is the sounds quality better on my ears, the feel and attention to Detail is great. I have a Cisco phone at work and these Cisco headphones are the ones you want. Don’t make a mistake and get cheap headsets for work. You will be using it all the time. Invest in a good headset. Just get this headset already.

We have used these headsets across out entire office over other offerings from Plantronics. They have great sound and mic quality, longlasting battery and good comfort. Will continue to buy until they upgrade to a new version!

The Cisco 532 Stereo Headset with Quick Disconnect (USB-A), BH # CICPHSW532UA, features noise isolation which helps attenuate environmental noise and vibrant audio to emphasize the human voice for the best intelligibility. If the working environment is extremely noisy, consider a headset with ANC (automatic noise cancellation), full circumaural (over -the-ear) earpieces and a noise cancelling boom microphone.
