Does the ftz adapter negatively affect the performance of camera if you are using it with Nikon F mount lenses? is it still capable of 120 fps with an f mount lens?
There are no negative effects when using a Nikon AF-S type lens or newer along with the Nikon FTZ II adapter. The lenses will function just the same as they would on a Nikon F mount body.

Can the Nikon EH-6D AC Adapter and/or the EP-6A Power Connector be connected to a V-Mount battery? Or can we use EP-6A Power Connector with 98Wh 14.8 battery? Did they make the right cable/splicers for this?
Unfortunately, neither option from Nikon can allow the use of a V-mount battery.

According to Nikon, you may use the Nikon UC-E25 USB Cable, BH # NIUCE25 in order to charge the EN-EL18 series batteries inside of the Nikon Z9.

Nikon Z9 Mirrorless Camera BH #NIZ9 doesn't have global shutter. The camera has only electronic shutter and it works perfectly.
