Will the HDMI input enumerate native panel resolution (1920x1200 @ 60Hz) when connected to a capable GPU on a PC?
No, the Lilliput HT10S 10.1" High-Bright 1500 cd/m² On-Camera Touchscreen Monitor does not support 1920 x 1200 resolution video. It will support UHD 4K, 1080, and 720 resolutions but not 1920 x 1200.

It is our understanding that the Lilliput HT10S 10.1" High-Bright 1500 cd/m² On-Camera Touchscreen Monitor powers completely off particularly because it does not have an IR remote..

If I plug in an HDMI can it out put that image through SDI? Basically can it be an HDMI to SDI converter?
No, the Lilliput HT10S does not support cross conversion. HDMI will not be sent to the SDI output. The display does have loop through ports though. So HDMI can be looped out to the second HDMI port. This is also the same with SDI.
