Foam and bottom eats 3 inches of space. Case is pretty much a bigger 1535 with the same depth. There's not much trekpak dividers... wish the depth/height was maximized. 3 inches is a lot of wasted space to foam

This Pelican case is awesome, we have a Nikon Z9 with S series 600mm f6.3, Z9 with 100-400 S series lens attached, a Z7II with 24-70 S series attached along with Z1.4 TC, 10X42 binoculars, chargers, cleaning kits and other essential equipment. This case is easy to set up with minimal cutting for storage options. This is the best hard case and lightest we have ever utilized for travel and everyday use. We recommend this without hesitation.
