A versatile power source, the Nikon EH-8P AC Adapter is designed to charge batteries inside compatible cameras or battery packs that support USB charging. My Nikon Z6 lll is the latest of my Nikon bodies since my first Photomic (F) back when my hair was a different color. Of course, the later ones all needed batteries, and they all were supplied with the body, as were the necessary chargers. When I bought this one, I assumed (bad thing to do today) that a charger was in the box. Wrong! I researched, and found that not one of my in-home AC-USB adapters would supply the correct voltage to the battery to make the Z6 lll function. Fortunately, B&H had the Nikon EH-8P AC Adapter, and it was shipped quickly. No problem there, and it works fine. Just one question: Why not add one in the body and add the cost onto the price of the camera? This might well be my last Nikon, so this baby had better function as well as the others have. I doubt the children (or grandchildren) will have use for any of them!
Adapter worked as advertised. Simple to use.
