Turn one outlet into seven with the black 7-Outlet Surge Protector from Watson, which features seven grounded NEMA 5-15R outlets and can handle power spikes up to 1200 joules. Two of the outlets are also block sized, which lets them accommodate larger plugs without blocking access to other outlets. A 15A circuit helps protect devices such as computers, TVs, and mobile electronics. This surge protector connects to a wall outlet using an integrated plug with a NEMA 5-15P plug and a 6' cord. The plug is equipped with a right-angle connector that is oriented at a 45° offset, which does not block any wall outlets below.
- 7 x NEMA 5-15R Outlets (2 Block Sized)
- NEMA 5-15P Right-Angle Plug (6' Cord)
- 1200 Joules of Surge Protection

Watson SP7 Reviews
Great product
Nice product. I like the orientation of the jacks so a typical wall wart will stick out sideways and not cover an adjacent jack. The jacks are quite "grippy'; in that whatever you plug in stays put. This gives one peace of mind, but the force to unplug the plug is pretty high. I felt that the mounting slots on the plastic back wouldn't last long because of this, so I used tie-wraps to strap the strip to (in my case) a table leg where I have this mounted. I bought it for the 7 jacks and the jacks' spacing, not for the surge suppression. The 1200 joules rating is pretty low and probably wouldn't offer much protection. But for use as just a power strip, the price and the top-notch construction make this product a winner.
Great build quality!
If you're reading this than you know how important it is to have a surge protector at all of your major appliances and electronic outlets. This 7-outlet protector has a fantastic build and works as it should. You just turn it on, attach your other devices to it and that's it. I think the best quality of this surge protector is that it has a thick cable that is sturdy. I recommend having one of the at every outlet that has your laptop, TV or major appliances. At just under $13, it's certainly worth it for peace of mind. [I have received this product in exchange for my honest review.]
