The Deity Microphones DQC1 Smart Battery Charger supports 5V, 3A, 9V, 3A, 12V, 3A, 15V, 3A, and 20V, 2.25A power input. Be sure to check both the amperage and the voltage of your charger before attempting to use it for power input.

Does this item negotiate with USB PD chargers to use the correct voltage and amperage even if the charger could provide above 45w?
The Deity Microphones DQC1 Smart Battery Charger will work with USB‐PD chargers that can supply more than 45 W, but it will not “negotiate” to use a different voltage/current than the supported standards; it will simply accept the voltage you connect and limit itself to its maximum supported current and power.
