I would have given 5 stars but in order for the nonslip to work I had to buy rubber gasket (.89) once that was in place it is now definitely Non-Slip.

I have three versions of the F38 quick release plate, this being the most recent version. It is improved by having a larger and thicker rubber pad that covers the top surface. In addition, it has a more robust attachment screw that can be engaged with both a flathead screwdriver (or coin) and an Allen wrench. The attachment screw now also includes a lock washer. I put this on my Nikon Z5 with a little Loctite and it is solid as a rock. This plate is so much better than the previous versions that I replaced all my older ones with this version.

On the Falcam F38 Nonslip Quick Release Plate the metal washers go beneath the rubber and only need to be used if there is no room to fully bring the plate to the camera body.
