These F38 (and F22) bases work great, lock solidly, easy on/off, etc. Also all sorts of mounting options. Fit my Arca clamps fine, but with any NON-ADJUSTABLE lever-style Arca clamp there is always a risk that ANY Arca plate may not fit perfectly. Screw-lock Arca clamps or lever ones with a fine-adjustment ability are not an issue as is usually the case. As for not fitting Peak Design base plates - it clearly says it will not. The only F38 Falcam base that will fit either Peak or Falcam / Ulanzi square plates is the one designed for backpack straps and the one for a camera strap.
